Greetings Folks!

I’m Deepak Sharma, a passionate law student pursuing my LLB at DAV PG College , Dehradun . I have started this blog as a platform to document my journey in the legal field as a student for now and to share my research, opinions on landmark cases, judicial commentary and connect with fellow law students and professionals.  

As someone studying in a government-aided college, I understand the challenges of developing essential soft skills and accessing opportunities compared to students from NLUs and private law colleges. While we are fortunate to have excellent faculty, it’s equally important to put in extra effort to stand out in the competitive legal world.  

In today’s AI-driven era, where plagiarism is common, I aim to bring originality and authenticity to my content. This blog will be a space for genuine legal discussions, insightful case analyses, and knowledge sharing. 

I chose the name Nyaya Vani for my blog because it is unique, deeply rooted in Indian culture, and resonates with my vision as a law student. Beyond just a name, Nyaya Vani reflects my commitment to staying connected to my roots—drawing wisdom from our rich legal and philosophical traditions while embracing modern legal perspectives. In a world where ethics often take a backseat, this name serves as a constant reminder to uphold honesty, integrity, and justice in my legal journey.
